You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.2. Subscription and BillingThe App offers a free trial period followed by a paid monthly subscription at $4.99/month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Settings.We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.3. AI-Generated ContentRecipes and suggestions provided by the App are generated by artificial intelligence. They are for informational and inspirational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any recipe for your dietary needs or health conditions. Always use your own judgment when preparing food, and consult a medical professional if you have dietary restrictions or health concerns.4. Intellectual PropertyAll content, design, and code in the App is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.5. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any adverse reaction to a recipe.6.
